Your privacy
Effective date: 30 October 2026.
Horizon Presentations is provided by Coppens & Partners Consulting. For privacy questions, contact support@horizon-productivity.com.
Your presentations stay on your device
Presentations, versions and preferences are stored locally. Files you choose to save remain in the locations you select.
AI services you choose
When you request an AI feature, Horizon sends the prompts and relevant presentation content or source files needed for that request to your selected provider. Avatar, voice and live conversation features likewise contact the services you configure. Those services process information under their own policies and may charge separately.
API keys are stored on your computer using operating-system encryption when available. They authenticate requests to your chosen provider. Horizon does not include shared developer API keys.
Subscriptions
Apple processes subscription payments and supplies entitlement information to the app. Horizon does not receive your payment-card details.
Optional connections and permissions
Phone pairing allows a phone on your local network to connect after you approve it. Microphone and recording features request device permissions. Stop these features within Horizon or manage permissions in macOS Settings.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, API keys or confidential presentation content. The website hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and secure these pages.
Managing your information
You can remove saved API keys in Horizon. Deleting a presentation inside the app does not necessarily delete copies you saved elsewhere or data retained by a provider. Contact those providers for their retention and deletion options.
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent us. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You can raise a concern with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
