Practical Wisdom, in practice
What makes Horizon-Present different.
Feature 1 of 7
Fall back: the slide becomes the stage
An idea deserves more than a flat rectangle.
A Fall back slide tips into a stage floor. Its title and text stand along the front edge, while the visual rises behind them. The first avatar can stand beside the visual and speak; moving on folds the scene away.
Use the stage for the moment that matters: the model’s conclusion, a strategic choice or a new proposition. Your explanation gains a foreground, a background and a clear point of focus.
A market review culminates in a rising chart, a concise conclusion and a presenter explaining the opportunity.

A presenter who belongs inside the story
Put a voice and a presence beside your evidence.
Prepared HeyGen avatar clips deliver the lines you write. Conversation avatars use LiveAvatar for face and voice, with an AI model answering from the presentation, selected sources and the background you provide.
Prepared clips travel with the presentation file. Live conversation needs its provider connection, microphone permission and your own credentials. Provider usage is billed separately; it is not included in the Horizon subscription.
During a presentation, ask the avatar a question about the evidence behind the proposal rather than leaving the slide for a separate chat.

A spatial story with more than one route
Keep the whole argument in view.
Arrange slides on a canvas, group them into nested sections and define routes between them. Move into detail, follow a branch or return to the overview without turning the whole story into a long linear sequence.
This lets one presentation serve different conversations. The route gives you a planned narrative; the spatial structure lets you respond when an audience needs a different level of detail.
Start with the recommendation, branch into the financial model for one audience and the implementation plan for another.

Keep claims connected to your knowledge
Make the substance as deliberate as the presentation.
Statements and sources let you bring supporting material into the work. Source-aware features can use the presentation’s evidence, including material you choose to provide, rather than relying only on a generic prompt.
Your judgement still determines which sources are relevant and what you are prepared to claim. This is a way to make the grounding visible, not a guarantee that a claim is correct.
Build a client presentation around the selected report passages and your own interpretation of what they mean.

Bring a living model onto the slide
Show what changes, not just where the number ended up.
Import animations from Horizon Calc. The animation and its time-based values become part of a slide, allowing the model’s behaviour to appear inside the story you are telling.
A changing visual can make a trend, a scenario or a payback point easier to follow than a series of disconnected screenshots. Keep the presentation focused while the model supplies the movement.
Show how a project’s cash position evolves over the model’s timeline, then explain what drives the turning point.

From a phone photo to an animated slide
Draw it by hand. Bring it into the story with AI.
Pair your phone with the desktop app by scanning its code, then approve the matching code on your computer. Choose a slide, take a picture of your drawing and adjust the four corners. The phone straightens the image, improves its contrast and sends it to Horizon.
Choose Animate this slide, Add an animation to this slide or New slide after this one. AI on your computer turns the sketch into a presentation visual, with each addition available to undo. Your phone and computer need the same Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot; no phone app is required.
Sketch a process on paper during a workshop. Photograph it with your phone and bring an AI-animated version into the presentation while the discussion is still happening.

Carry the story beyond the app
Choose the format that suits the audience.
Export an offline presentation or a PowerPoint file. Offline presentation features and PowerPoint have different capabilities: a 3D stage becomes a flat slide in PowerPoint, and supported avatar clips become video or a still fallback.
Desktop narrative recording can also produce a video with the chosen narrative voice. Narrative audio does not automatically travel into every export format, so choose the sharing route for the experience you need.
Deliver a live spatial presentation, then send a PowerPoint handoff or record a narrated version for colleagues who were not there.
